Birthday Jam

The last few years I have had a desire to dance a birthday jam but have also had a lot of anxiety around dancing in the jam.

Tonight I enjoyed every single step and it just felt like a bunch of friends dancing 8 counts with me even if there wasn’t any music playing!  It was a great feeling and a great experience!
